Caravan Features & Facilities:

A privately owned Brand New November 2006 35ftx10ft Atlas Sahara 3 bed caravan.

Our holiday home is situated in the "Sandhills" area of the park. There is no through traffic and the park has 24hr security, security staff at the entrance of the complex do not let any youngsters out on their own and do not let anyone in without a pass.

The parks extensive facilities and attractions are all a short walk away and illuminated on an evening. "Sandhills" is 5 minutes away from butlins main facilities.

All night time entertainment is of a high standard as you would expect at any butlins site. And all within easy reach.

Our holiday home has a high level of comfort throughout with everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday .Within the caravan is a spacious seating area with coal effect gas fire when needed, there is also TV, CD radio.

A fully fitted kitchen with cooker/grill, microwave,juicer, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster all the pots and pans you will need

Also provided is an hoover, steam iron and ironing board and an hairdryer. We also provide reading books for the adults.

The 3 bedrooms consists of one double bed, and 2 bedrooms with twin single beds (NO BUNK BEDS). All bedrooms have ample storage and wardrobe space. The lounge seating also converts into a double bed.

There is a shower room with electric shower and basin. Alongside in an adjacent room is the separate toilet.

Gas and electric are included in the price. The caravan includes 2 double duvets and 4 single duvets, you will need to supply sheets, pillowcases, towels and t towels and any extra blankets you will need. The caravan has heaters throughout. There is to the outside a picnic bench and solar lights. Our caravan is supplied with a fire extinguisher, and smoke alarm and Freeview with up to 30 channels.

Butins Skegness resort offers a wide variety of entertainment to suit all ages. like splash world swimming complex with flumes rides, wave machine and rapids also a pool designed just for the toddlers. In addition to the great shows Butlins offers more free activities, sports and shows than any other uk holiday resort.

There are loadsof activities to keep the kids happy whatever their age and you will have just as much of fun too. witha huge line up of activities whatever the weather, you will have something to do each time you visit. During the evenings you will be spolit for choice with fantastic comedy shows music and dancing, just sit back relax and enjoy the shows. Plus as always you can expect to see the kids characters around the resort.

Imagine a proper funfair with something for all the family. the little ones with love the kids funfair, for older children there are thriling white knuckle rides all these for free.

Near by is the famous eastgate market and Fantasy Island
