Bedroom 1 is a double room with robes and draws.

Bedroom 2 Has twin bed, robes and shelf. There is also a make up bed in the lounge area.

BEDDING: Duvets and pillows are provided, for health reasons we ask you to bring your own SHEETS, PILLOW CASES and  TOWELS

The bathroom has a shower with glass door, washbasin and flushing toilet, both the bathroom and kitchen have hot and cold running water.

The LOUNGE has a comfortable spacious seating area within there is a freeview ,TV, DVD player, there is gas and electric heating, we also provide a few board games for those rainy days, For your safety SMOKE and CARBON MONOXIDE detectors are fitted throughout the Caravan.

The KITCHEN has a full sized cooker, microwave fridge, toaster and kettle, All utensils pots and pans ect are provided,

The site is situated on Trunch lane Chapel St Leonards, it has a family friendly club house, shop, laundrette, arcades and a fun pool. (this may only open June to Sept) Nearby are casfes, restaurants and other public houses not forgetting "Yaba Daba Doos" and other similar shops.

You are only minutes away from the beach and a really good bus service to Skegness or Mablethorpe.

SMOKING or PETS NOT ALLOWED also same sex groups are not allowed
