2 Bedroom 6 berth

This luxurious 28 x 12, 2 bedroom, 6 berth caravan was new for 2005. It has been tastefully furnished and comes fully equipped for a fantastic, relaxing holiday.

A gas heating system fuels the main gas fire and heat panels in bedrooms and shower room. The caravan has been fitted with an outside tap, with full security door locks and a keypad security safe for your safety and convenience. There are fitted carpets in all areas except the vinyl floor covered kitchen.

The entrance area comprises:

Fitted carpet, door mat, protective floor cover, shoe rack, coat and key hooks, entrance to 2 bedrooms, shower and kitchen, and also houses a tall storage cupboard with hoover and cleaning equipment.

The fully equipped kitchen includes

Fridge and chiller, gas oven and hob, microwave oven, microwave oven, electric iron, fully fitted floor and wall cupboards, sink and drainer, worktops, breakfast bar, cutlery, crockery, serving utensils, cooking, serving and storage items, pans, kettle, toaster and water filter as well as a full range of cleaning equipment.

The spacious lounge has:

TV, digital Freeview, DVD player with DVDs, stereo music player with CDs and tapes, bookcase with a wide range of titles, mirrored fireplace with gas fire, twin settees with hidden pull out double bed, coffee table and a range of magazines, reading lamp and an electric fan.

The dining area has:

Twin settees, circular dining table, display cabinet, stool, breakfast bar/top.

The shower room/toilet has:

A very spacious shower cubicle, power shower, low flush toilet, wash basin, mirrored cupboard and a heating panel.

The master double bedroom features:

Hidden keypad security valuables safe, very spacious and comfortable double bed, over bed and both side shelf units, large double wardrobe, chest of drawers, hair dryer and a heating panel.

The second bedroom has:

Twin beds, shelf storage, wardrobe, mirror and a heating panel.

We have tried to think of everything. The only items that you will need to bring are bed sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

Walsh's Holiday Park

The caravan is situated on Walsh's Holiday Park, a safe, quiet, family friendly holiday park with a small amusement arcade and a take-away. It is conveniently situated close to shops, pubs, take-aways and is just a 6 minute walk to the sea front.

It is close to Butlins and a short bus ride away from Fantasy Island. Skegness itself is a 10 minute bus ride in the other direction.

Places to visit in the local area include Animal Farm, Fantasy Island, Skegness Stadium, The National Parrot Sanctuary, Gibralta Point Nature Reserve, The Seal Sanctuary, Natureland, Skegness, Chapel St Leonards and Boston.

Buses are approximately every 10 minutes in season and there is a very good, reasonably priced local taxi service which also has disabled provision.

• Car parking is next to the caravan (dry weather), adjacent to small tarmac parking area, for which the site charges 50p per day which is payable at the site office.
