Our luxury caravan is a ABI Arizona it has 3 separate bedrooms 1 double room with wardrobes dressing table and ample cupboard space, there are 2 twin rooms with wardrobes and cupboards. one of the twin rooms can be converted into a double bed. There is also a make up bed in the lounge. The caravan is sited on the Sandfield caravan park
The spacious lounge has a gas fire, colour tv, hifi system and dining area. We also provide a few boards games, and cards for those rainy days.
There is a large fully fitted kitchen with full size cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster we provide all pots and pans that you should need. We also provide an iron & board and a hairdryer.
The bathroom has shower, toilet and wash basin
Duvet covers are provided but we ask you to provide your own sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Our caravan also has a very large veranda and sundeck complete with table and chairs for you to enjoy those sunny days.
The caravan is ideally situated being 2 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from the main road and all the attractions ie amusements, funfair, crazy golf, clubs.
There are two small clubs adjacent to the caravan park the Sandfield Club and the Moonfleet each have family rooms and welcome children. There is entertainment and bingo nightly.
We are situated approx 2 mins from the beach and approx 3 mins in the opposite direction to the main road. There is a regular bus service to most places in Lincolnshire. Eastgate Market and Fantasy Island is a ten minute journey.
Check in time is 2.00pm and we would ask you to vacate the caravan by 10.30am on your departure day.
All bed linen provided is freshly laundered, we keep the caravan immaculately clean and we ask you to do the same.
A £50 deposit is required which will be refunded providing the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages.
