Our caravan is large and spacious of it being 12ft wide, giving you a good feeling of space. The caravan is in excellent condition and is very clean and tidy, it is fully equipped and is cleaned prior to each and every letting. The caravan is sited on Laver Leisure's Sealands Holiday Park.

The living room is very spacious and comfortable. It has a television, DVD, Freeview TV and a Radio, along with a comfortable dinning area, adjacent to the well fitted out kitchen.

The kitchen has Fridge/Freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle a Large 4 burner hob and oven with warming facility, all pots pans and crockery is all included.

The caravan has a seperate toilet and a large shower/wash room with shower cubicle and powerful shower.

There are three bedrooms, one being the master double room and the other two being twin single rooms, all have ample wardrobe space and under bed storage space.

All quilts and pillows are included. Bed linen can be supplied for a minimal cost.

Outside the caravan we have two wooden verandas and plants.

All gas and electricity is free so there’s no extra budgeting for these.

We have a well equipped shop on site selling most things you are likely to require whilst on your holiday, plus there is a beach café at the entrance to the promenade serving breakfasts, tea, coffee and snacks.

The sealands club is opposite the caravan site on roman bank for your daytime or evening entertainment. Such as a Kiddies disco in the evening with resident DJ and night club venue below the sealands club.

The sandy beach is privately accessed from the caravan site and it is only a two minute walk from the caravan, fantasy island is only takes five minutes walk away, where you can walk around the famous market or ride the fun rides, if you dare.

Butlins in only a mere five minutes walk from the caravan where you can buy day entry tickets allowing you to take part in the activities.

It is the site rules that parties of young people or single sexed groups are not permitted. Sorry NO pets

Enjoyed the holiday, weather wasn't good but plenty to visit. Van was clean and was obviously looked after. hope to come again sometime.
 
Arrived early and had a bite to eat at the seafront cafe. caravan was spotless as always, noticed you had put new freeview box in "loads of channels for the kids". this is our 3rd holiday with you now and will book again for next year when we get home.
 
I was delighted to see the new caravan when we arrived, we had stayed in the old one two times and the new one is brill, one bedroom per kid, and freeview too.
