3 Bedroom 8 berth luxury

Our luxury caravan is a Atlas Sahara 35x10 it is a brand new 2006 model. it is sited on Seaways site Roman bank Ingoldmells.

There are 3 separate bedrooms 1 double room and 2 twin rooms also a double pull out bed in the lounge area. We provide all quilts pillows and mattress protectors but we ask you to provide your own quilt covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.

The spacious lounge as gas fire colour TV, DVD player with a selection of dvd's and 2 portable electric heaters. We also provide a selection of games for those rainy days.

The kitchen as full size cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle ect all pots pans and cutlery are provided. We also provide iron and ironing board and hoover.

There is a separate shower and toilet all bath mats ect are provided.

Everything is brand new for the 2007 season

We have just had a beautiful veranda fitted with safety gate and lights for peice of mind with the children.

The caravan is sited in an ideal position for all the local attractions less than a 5 minute walk away is the beach, pubs arcades. just at the side of our site is Butlins, Fantasy Island and eastgate market is just a 5 minute bus ride away or a 10 minute walk, also we are on the main bus route for skegness town centre which is also a short distance away

£50 deposit payable on booking all money to be paid a fortnight before date. £5 payable for any lost keys. Deposit will be refunded after the caravan has been checked that it is clean and there are no damages.

There is a space for 1 car ONLY any additional parking is charged at £1 per day to the site caretaker.
