3 Bedroom 8 berth

Our caravan is a Atlas Chorus, 34ft x 10ft. It has 3 seperate bedrooms comprising 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and another twin bedroom which also has an extra drop down bunk.

It is sited on the Seaview site, which is opposite the Fantasy Island entertainment complex and runs along side the sea.

There is an on-site shop and access to the beach. There is also a bus stop just outside the site with frequent buses to Skegness and Chapel St Leonards.

The living room has a large seating area with gas fire, TV and DVD player, it also has a seperate dining area.

The kitchen has cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. In the storage cupboards there is an Ironing board, Iron, vacumn cleaner

The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

Whilst pillows and quilts will be provided, guests must bring their own sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases as well as their own towels.

Families and couples only, no pets.

The caravan is no smoking throughout.

A £50 refundable deposit is also taken which will be refunded providing there is no damage or breakages
