Our caravan is a ABI Rio Vista it has 2 separate bedrooms 1 double room and 1 twin room, there is also sleeping facilities in the lounge. The caravan is sited on parklands site Walls lane opposite the main entrance to butlins,

The site enjoys a good mix of local bars and near by shops while still being in easy walking range of both the beach and butlins holiday camp.

A short bus /car journey will take you up to the well loved eastgate market and fantasy island fairground, or alternatively a 15-20 min walk.

The caravan has been recently refurbished to give give it a nice light and clean look with beech floors.  

The living room as fixed seating there is also a Gas fire and electric heaters colour TV with Freeview.

The kitchen as a Cooker / microwave and all pots and pans

There is a Fair sized shower / toilet room.
 

A £50 damages / Booking Bond is required on booking this is not part of the rental price and will be returned to you after inspection of the van when your holiday ends as long as the van is vacated in the condition you found it.
