Our caravan is 4 years old ,modern and spacious it is 12foot wide which means that it has ample living space, the caravan sleeps 8 people having 1 double bedroom 2 twin rooms which can be made into doubles if required and a pull out double bed in the lounge.

The caravan has all the home comforts that you could wish for including DVD, Video, Large TV , CD Player,a selection of videos, play station 2 plus some games there is another TV in the double bedroom. Gas cooker, fridge ,microwave ,toaster, sandwich toaster heaters in all the rooms, hair dryer, iron and ironing board ,rotary and pegs ,patio set, toys for the beach and lots more.

We also cater for the little ones having a travel cot, high chair , bed rails, ,baby bath ,potty and a pushchair, all for you to use at no extra cost.

All bedding is provided and included in the price along with gas and electric.

The caravan is cleaned by myself to ensure that it is always found in the best condition we do ask that you respect our wishes and treat the caravan well so that it is always found in a good order.

The caravan is situated in a excellent position on the park being close to a small car park a children’s park and only a couple of minutes walk to all the amenities on site being, Swimming pool , club house , pub , supermarket , mini fun fair, crazy golf , arcade , chip shop , pizza shop , Indian and Chinese. The beach is a ten minute walk from the caravan and that is with small children !

The caravan is for family bookings only all male/female parties are not permitted along with pets and smoking in the caravan, sorry if this causes any inconvenience.

A £50 security bond is charged for all bookings regardless of the length of stay which will be returned once the caravan has been checked and everything is found to be satisfactory.
