We ask for a £50 refundable deposit which will be refunded providing the caravan as been left clean and tidy with no breakages

Our luxury 2008 model caravan has 3 separate bedrooms 1 double room with storage and 2 twin rooms, There is also a make up bed in the lounge. It is sited on the popular Robin Hood Golden Palm Resort.

The spacious lounge area has gas fire, colour tv with freeview box, dvd player, cd player and electric heaters. There is also a dining room table.

The kitchen has all mod cons, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, all pots and pans are provided we also provide t-towels clothes horse, iron & board and a hoover

There is a bathroom with shower and wash basin both have hot and cold water. The toilet is in a separate room.

We have a large veranda with lockable gate which is ideal if you have small children. There is also a bistro table, chairs and bench.

We also provide a selection of board games, cd's /dvd's dominos and playing cards and travel cot.

We dont allow smoking in the caravan but we allow smoking on the veranda.

There is a bus stop right outside the gates of the site that takes you to fantasy Island, Eastgate market and Skegness. Butlins is also a short distance away

The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away There are lots of arcades, pubs, shops, resturaunts. nearby Chapel St Leonards village is 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction with a large co-op and a handy Spar that stays open till late.
