Our luxury caravan is a Atlas Mirage Super it has 3 separate bedrooms 3 double bedrooms - 1 of which can be turned into a twin room. There is also a make up bed in the lounge area. The very large veranda is ideal for small children. The caravan is sited on the popular Robin Hood Golden Palm Resort Lincoln site.

The spacious lounge has comfy fixed seating, gas and electric fire colour tv, freeview and dvd player, cd / radio There is also a an adjoing dining area.

The kitchen has gas cooking, microwave, fridge kettle ect, all pots and pans & cutelry is provided.

The bathroom has hot and cold running water, shower, toilet and wash basin.

We provide quilts and pillows but we ask you to provide your own quilts covers sheets and towels.

We also provide iron & ironing board, hairdryer and Board Games, Cards and Domino's for a rainy day. There is a clothes horse, travel cot and high chair. Selection of books and CD's for your use - please ensure you leave them for other guest,

A bus stop is right outside the gates of the site that takes you to fantasy Island, Eastgate market and Skegness.

The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away There are lots of arcades, pubs, shops, resturaunts. nearby Chapel St Leonards village is 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction with a large co-op and a handy Spa that stays open till late

We also require a deposit of £50 which we will refund providing the caravan as been left undamaged
To secure a booking we require £50 deposit this is non refundable if you cancel
We require full payment 4 weeks prior to your holiday date
