It is very clean and in excellent condition and fully equipped to a high standard. The caravan is cleaned and checked before each new let. It has 2 separate bedrooms 1 double room and 1 twin room, there is also a fold out bed in the lounge. Both bedrooms have electric panel heaters in them. All bedding is supplied and the beds are made up with clean bedding on them for your arrival. There is a spacious lounge with gas fire, colour TV, DVD player. There is also a dining area incorporated in to the lounge. The kitchen has gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge with full width freezer compartment. All pots and pans are provided The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin, there is also an electric panel heater. All gas and electric usage is included in the cost of your holiday. Walshs Holiday park is a family site which is kept to a high standard by the resident owners. There is a small amusement aracde with prize bingo, laundrette and takeaway, play area. Bread & milk, newspapers are also available on site. Just a short walk away from site you will find the Beach, shops, & pubs. There is also a bus stop outside the park which will take you a short distance to either Skegness town centre or Fantasy Island or Butlins Or if you fancy a relaxing day there is a bench outside the caravan for you to enjoy We do NOT allow all male or all female groupsSorry NO pets
