A privately owned Brand New November 2006 35ftx10ft Atlas Sahara 3 bed caravan.
Our holiday home is situated in the "Sandhills" area of the park. There is no through traffic and the park has 24hr security, security staff at the entrance of the complex do not let any youngsters out on their own and do not let anyone in without a pass.
The parks extensive facilities and attractions are all a short walk away and illuminated on an evening. "Sandhills" is 5 minutes away from butlins main facilities.
All night time entertainment is of a high standard as you would expect at any butlins site. And all within easy reach.
Our holiday home has a high level of comfort throughout with everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday.Within the caravan is a spacious seating area with coal effect gas fire when needed, there is also TV/video, CD radio.And when the weather isnt so good a range of childrens videos to keep them occupied. the children can enjoy badminton, skipping ropes, puzzle books, jigsaws, and a wealth of reading books. A fully fitted kitchen with cooker/grill, microwave,juicer, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and sandwich toaster all the pots and pans you will need,we have also provided a brand new" "bush" deluxe filter coffee machine. Also provided is an hoover, steam iron and ironing board and an hairdryer. We also provide reading books for the adults.
New for 2007 "playstation" with an assortment of games for the children and adults.
The 3 bedrooms consists of one double bed, and 2 bedrooms with twin single beds (NO BUNK BEDS). All bedrooms have ample storage and wardrobe space. The lounge seating also converts into a double bed. We also supply a brand new "disney" travel cot/playpen for your baby so there is no need to hire or you may bring your own if you wish.
There is a shower room with electric shower and basin. Alongside in an adjacent room is the separate toilet.
Gas and electric are included in the price. The caravan includes 2 double duvets and 4 single duvets, you will need to supply sheets, pillowcases, towels and t towels and any extra blankets you will need. The caravan has heaters throughout. There is to the outside a picnic bench and solar lights. Our caravan is supplied with a fire extinguisher, and smoke alarm and Freeview with upto 30 channels.
Throughout the year Butlins hosts various special events for adults and children. We also let our holiday home for short breaks and weekends out of peak season.
