Our modern luxury caravan has 2 separate bedrooms it is sited on the popular Robin Hood Site. It has 1 double room with wardrobe and over bed storage. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe, cupboards.

There is a comfortable lounge with gas fire colour tv and freeview box and dvd player. We also provide a playstation 2 console.

The Kitchen has all accessories cooker microwave, fridge, kettle. All pots and pans are provided.

There is a bathroom with lovely built in shower cubicle, toilet and sink. There is also a small childrens bath.

There are plenty of shops and take-aways plus children's play area on site. Also pubs and the Tropicana club that has live acts and children's entertainment area. Next to the Tropicana club is a laundrette, swimming pool and arcades.

A bus stop is right outside the gates of the site that takes you to fantasy Island, Eastgate market and Skegness.

The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away There are lots of arcades, pubs, shops, restaurants. nearby Chapel St Leonards village is 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction with a large co-op and a handy Spar that stays open till late.
