Our caravan is a ABI Arizona 35 x 10 2002 model it has 3 separate bedroom 1 double room with wardrobes and storage and 2 twin rooms both with storage. There is a large veranda with gate which is ideal if you have small children. The caravan is situated on a friendly quiet site just a short distance from Skegness town centre,there is also a parking bay.

The spaciuos lounge has gas fire colour tv with freeview and dvd player there is also a dining area.

The modern kitchen has all mod cons hot & cold water, gas cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle all pots pans and cutlery is provided.

There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin both the shower and wash basin have hot and cold running water.

We provide sheets and duvet covers but feel free to bring your own if perfer. Please bring your own towels and t towels.

All gas and electric is included in the price.

The caravan is just a 10 min bus ride away from Butlins if you would like a day on Butlins then day passes can be purchased from the entrance family tickets also available. There are also quite a few pubs which cater for familys near by also fish & chip shop and other take away, Fantasy Island and Eastgate market are also around 15 mins bus ride. Also only a short walk away to all major bus routes. The beach is around 15 mins walk

Booking & Payment Terms

A £50 security deposit is required to be paid on arrival and returnable on departure (if caravan is left clean and tidy with no breakages). Full balance must be paid 28 days before the start of your holiday.

Standard Check-In Time: 12pm-1pm

The caravan is available to hire for 3/4 day breaks and full weeks pleadse contact us for further details or if you wish to book.

We are fully booked till the 03/09/09 we are also taking bookings for next year
